This website

The website does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics, tracking cookies or external fonts. Hosting services may process IP addresses, browser information, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

Interactive samples

Sample interactions, cart contents, booking selections, inquiry text, editable drafts, review states, temporary demo activity history, support questions, local handoff previews and CSV data are processed in your browser. The demo code does not upload them or save them to browser storage. They remain in the open page and reset when you reload it. Downloaded files are saved to your device when you choose to download them. Please use fictional sample information.

Project briefs and email

The project brief form prepares text in this page. Nothing is submitted to Burrard Automation by the form. If you choose “Open email app,” the brief is passed to your email application; you decide whether to send it. If you choose “Copy brief,” the text is copied to your device clipboard. Information you send by email may include your name, address, business details and message content.

How information is used

Information you send can be used to respond, discuss a project, prepare a proposal, provide agreed services, maintain records and protect systems. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

Website hosting, email and business software providers may process information needed to supply their services. Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, agreed work, security and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Marketing email preferences

If we send marketing emails, recipients can use an individual unsubscribe link included in the message to request removal. We retain the email address on a restricted suppression list to honour the opt-out and prevent future marketing messages. You can also contact jay@burrardautomation.com to opt out. These email preference controls require the Cloudflare backend and database to be configured before use.
