Interactive sample / Customer support

An answer with a source.
A handoff when it’s needed.

Check a fictional shop policy, inspect the source, and prepare a local handoff for an unanswered question. Optionally save the preview as a demo text file for staff review.

Demo only. Example Local Shop, Alex and every policy below are fictional. Metro Vancouver, BC, Canada only. No ticket, message, order lookup, return or refund is created. Please use sample information.

A useful answer, within limits.

This demo matches an explicit list of phrases after normalizing case, spacing and ending punctuation. It does not understand meaning or connect to AI, an inbox or order records. Other wording, multiple questions and account-specific requests need staff review.

Use fictional information, up to 600 characters. Try “Do you deliver?” or “Where is my order DEMO-104?” Exact supported phrases are listed under the policy sources.

Fictional policy sources and matched phrases

Sample policies v1. These are not Burrard Automation’s policies. A real workflow needs approved, current business sources and staff decisions.

What this demonstrates

A small, deterministic policy lookup with a visible source. Unrecognized wording gets no guessed answer: the question and reason move into a local staff-review preview with an optional text download. Changing the question clears the previous result and handoff; downloads require a current preview even if an edit event is missed. Reset or reload clears page memory, not files already downloaded.

For your business

Start with a narrow set of approved questions and maintained sources. A production workflow would verify access to order records, define escalation owners and review rules, and confirm delivery into a real support queue. AI-assisted answers would need a separate integration and evaluation.

Start with approved policies and staff-handoff requirements.
