What we help with

Where is your team
doing the same
work twice?

We connect the steps that fall between your website, inbox, spreadsheets and day-to-day tools.

Your existing tools first. Connections to systems such as Microsoft 365, CRM, booking and POS tools are scoped and verified for each project.

01

Make it easier to become a customer.

Direct ordering, booking requests, intake forms and customer support workflows that lead to a clear next step.

02

Keep the follow-through consistent.

Inquiry routing, reply drafts, internal handoffs and reminders, with an owner and a review point.

03

Get useful information out of your data.

Repeatable data cleanup, reporting and dashboards that reduce the time spent rebuilding the same spreadsheet.

Find a sensible starting point

A few minutes
can add up.

Estimate the time tied up in one recurring task. Then decide whether that workflow is worth a closer look.

Illustrative capacity estimate. Actual results depend on the process, adoption and ongoing review.

Fictional example defaults. Use whole numbers: 0–10,000 tasks/week, $0–$1,000 CAD/hour, and 0–1,440 minutes for each time.

20.2 hpotential capacity / month
$708equivalent time value / month

Tasks × minutes saved ÷ 60 × 52 ÷ 12. Value uses your hourly cost; it is not a cash-savings or revenue promise. Setup and software costs are excluded.

Our approach

A clear scope.
A working first version.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Map the real task.

We look at the steps, the people involved and where time or inquiries get lost. Together, we choose one outcome to improve.

02 / MAKE IT TANGIBLE

Try a focused prototype.

Review a working example with sample data. The scope, cost and required system access are agreed before a production build.

03 / CONNECT & IMPROVE

Put it into daily use.

Test the handoffs, document how it works and establish a support plan. Improve it using what the team actually experiences.

For Metro Vancouver businesses

Practical work.
Personal attention.

Burrard Automation helps small and growing businesses across Metro Vancouver turn repetitive tasks into systems that are easier to run.

“I start with the way your business actually works. The goal is a useful system your team understands, with clear ownership and room to improve.”

Talk through your workflow

A few useful answers

Before we
build anything.

What does a project cost?

It depends on the workflow, the tools involved and the level of support. After an initial conversation, we can define a focused scope and a quote. Software subscriptions and ongoing support are discussed separately.

Can you work with our existing tools?

That is the starting point. We check the available integrations, permissions and technical limits before proposing a connection. POS integrations, including Clover, require a separate feasibility and access review.

Are these samples live client projects?

No. These are interactive demonstrations built with fictional businesses and sample data. They show what a workflow could look like. They do not process real orders, make bookings, send messages or demonstrate a live POS connection.

Does every workflow need AI?

No. Reliable rules and ordinary automation often solve the task. AI can help where drafting, sorting or interpreting information adds value, with human review where needed.

What happens to our data?

We agree on the information needed, the systems involved and access controls before a production project. The samples on this website run in your browser. Please use fictional information when trying them.

What happens after the first build?

Handover, ownership, documentation and support are part of the project conversation. We can agree on ongoing maintenance and improvements based on how the workflow performs.

What would you
take off your plate?

Tell Jay about one task you repeat too often. We’ll start there.
